Beauty products purchased from Beauty Korea Box can be returned within 30 days of UNUSED products only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For return & refund, the original item shall be remained as new.

Returns are generally processed between 7-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
